  The secretary is unresoursrfil and has horrible customer service manners.
  As I was trying to make an appointment I heard her huffing and puffing through the phone various times. When I called back to confirm my appointment, she neither confirmed or declined it, she simply stated ok 3 times and hung up. When I arrived at the location, I called once again to confirm my access into the building (since there were 3 locations using the same building number), she once again took a deep breath and blew it through the phone before she aided me.
  Prior to the date of the appointment I specifically told her what treatment I needed, and she replied to me that it was scaling and that as long as I get a copy of an X-ray, it would be performed that day. This was a total lie, the dentist was not able to service me at all, he stated that he does not practice that type of treatment.
  This was a waste of my time, plus the secretary never took any responsibility for giving me the wrong information, or excused herself for The unnecessary disrespectful gestures she made.
