  We have been renting 3 storage facility units at this CubeSmart place for 3 months now and since the first time we inquired from Manager Angie Caballero, my wife and I have experienced nothing but excellence in service and customer relations. Angie was closing up and was about to leave but most graciously stayed and took care of us so we could book the units. There was no complaint that we came too late; instead we got patient attention and a smiling face--at the end of what must have been a long day for her.
  
  We are now almost about to give up 2 of the 3 units we have been renting and we need to make mention of the new Store Manager Tania Aviles who has also patiently guided us through the closing procedures, as well as been so kind as extend to us a very special concession on allowing us to give up the 2 spaces off from the termination date. Like Angie, Tania also was all out in making sure that the experience we received was patient care and assistance.
  
  These two angels must be announced to the whole world, that we indeed still have amongst us, real customer service practitioners who, while upholding their company policies, still find it in their hearts to be attentive to the needs of the customers.
