    Beyond disappointed. Today I went to return a product I bought about 3 weeks ago because it broke. They refused to replace it and instead told me HOW it broke!! After 15+ years of being a loyal customer - a customer who before today has never ever asked to return or replace anything. This is what I get. You lost a good customer. I will never step foot in your store or refer anyone again! Good thing is, there's another pool supply store a few blokes away called "Seasons Change". The few times I've been there, they were very nice.
