  Awful! No service. They don’t even greet you when you walk in and good luck getting anyone to help you. One of the workers was in flip flops today and looked like he should be home eating a bowl of cereal. I’ll never go back and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. They suck. Wish I could give them zero stars.

  Customer service needs to be better, they come out as rude or just don't care. I bought a pair of sneakers recently, then when the Jordan 3 Black Cement was being released, I asked if there is a reserve on the shoes, I was stated no, it is first come first serve on the release day at 10am. I go on release day to get the shoes, ask if they had any, then I get, "Did you put them on reserve?" Um, I was told first come first serve and you don't do reserves anymore. I was then told to come back after 3pm. I did go back, waited on line, unfortunately I didn't get the shoes. Definitely not right to say one thing and say another. I will definitely shop at another footaction or another store that has better service and not to be misinformed.
