  This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had.
  
  First of all, it's a kids store and they do not allow you to take your stroller into the store so please imagine shopping in a huge store with small Isles while carrying your child around. There is no accommodation for customers.
  
  Secondly, no one that works in the store has any good customer service. From the rude security guard that checks the strollers and bags, to the chatty women that work on the floor that act annoyed if you ask them a question, to the hot shot manager, everyone lacked professionalism.
  
  Lastly, my 2 year old daughter had to use the bathroom because she refuses to use her diaper and she began crying, to me... To them. I began asking the women on the floor as well as a manager to use the bathroom and they all gave me attitude! literally, rolling of the eyes huffing and puffing kissing teeth WHILE MY BABY IS CRYING TO USE THE BATHROOM. That was the last straw for me I put everything down, got my stroller and left.
  
  The ONLY thing I like about the store is that the clothes were really nice and affordable especially if you have kids that grows fast. I do not recommend that you go shopping in kidstown with your Young children. I personally will never be going there again.
