  A few months ago a moving truck was unloading stuff for this office. They'd spread things around the street behind their truck and blocked in several cars. One of these cars belongs to my wife.
  
  My poor wife with tiny baby in her arms goes out and finds her car landlocked with moving stuff. She sees the trail of moving men disappear into the Engel office. A man inside the office door, wearing a suit and clearly not a mover, is laughing at her and pointing. She shouts for him to please ask the movers to move their stuff so she and her tiny, screaming baby can leave and he starts miming 'cry baby' motions with his hands by rubbing his eyes and pretend crying. Then he laughs and closes the door.
  
  This is my sole and only thing to say about Eliot Engel's office. My wife only told me about this weeks after it occurred for fear that I would call them up and make trouble. I had forgotten this event until a man started scraping the sidewalk outside this office with a shovel at 10pm at night. He's an old man, feeble looking, he's just sort of dragging the shovel around and making lots and lots of noise. I can hear my neighbor's kid crying, my kid is crying. The man lives next door. This too is the fault of the Eliot Engel office, and reminded me of how much I dislike them.
