    Well, where do I start, came here couple of times. First they opened a line for me without knowing that it's not compatible with my device, had to cancel a line return the device and lost a promotional free line on top of that. So false advertising.....
    Next I come to exchange a defective phone that I got from them and they are telling me about restocking fee for 50$, once i mention factory warranty, the guy says that I have to call T Mobile and that they don't do it at the store AND it's only going to be 5$ instead of 50$. So if i didn't know about factory warranty, they would charged me 50$.

    If you have a choice, go to a different T Mobile location, you will be better off.
