  I wish I could give this zero stars. This is also from a visit a made a little over a month ago but I still haven’t gotten over the horrendous job that was done on my brows, especially bc I’ve had to grow them out and look crazy since then. I usually go to a different ulta, but unfortunately they did not have the time that I needed. I went to this store thinking they have the same eyebrow procedure where they map it out to make it the right shape and look neat. I don’t remember the name of the person that did my eyebrows but she did not even know how to use the wax. I told her I don’t want the shape changed just cleaned up. She just eyeballed it and left my eyebrows looking a complete mess. I complained to the cashier and they had another person fix them up a bit. She did make them look a little cleaner but the shape and size had been ruined already after months of getting my brows where I wanted them. Go to Ulta in Port Chester they do an AMAZING job I will never go to another location after this experience.
