  Quick service but pricy
  That was my previous review but here is the final review:
  I went to this place to get help to fix one of my tenants stove.
  The owner stated that I will receive a call between 9am to 12pm on Saturday.
  I woke up early on my only off day so I can receive the call.
  I did not receive the call between the three hours window.
  I received the call later when the work was done and it was time for me to pay.
  NO CONSENT WAS GIVEN FOR THE TECHNICIAN TO FIX THE ISSUE FROM THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY AND I GUESS THE TECHNICIAN BELIEVED THAT CONSENT WAS NOT A PART OF THE BUSINESS.
  
  After putting out relatively positive review, the owner called me and asked me why did I think it was pricey and I explained that since the service was very close to the store and was not a rather complicated operation, along with the price of the appliance that was being repaired, I believed from a consumer prospective that it was pricey.
  The owner was very childish and said " I will never do business with you".
  I understand that the owner may believe that he or she is right but rather than looking for constructive criticism and opinion that may have benefited him more and/or explain to the customer that the charge was fair, the owners inappropriate behavior puts a dent on the creditability of the business.
  I am in the business of helping small to large businesses succeed and in my 13 years of experience of consulting, I came to believe that this owner may need to have someone else running the service.
