    Don't meet deadlines. Consistently have to reschedule my packages to be redelivered. Wait times are horrible. Staff is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and got attitude problems. Carriers SUCK at updating tracking. You'd be better off going into the store if you can, if not then be prepared to carve out 2 hours of your time to wait in line.
