  This place is the absolute worst post office in the bronx. The staff isn't helpful and they lack supplies for the customers. I have had multiple encounters with this location and bad service and after this one I definitely will not be back.

  2 weeks waiting on my package. Schedule multiples redelivery daily and still no package. Went to the post office and stood in line for almost 2 hours to hear that my package was not there but in the truck. File missing claim, emails called and no replied. On call you are placed on hold for almost two hours as well. USPS is the worst service ever but this Tremont location is by far the most ghetto unprofessional and lazy workers. I live on a 2nd floor, 2 elevators in my building what is so hard about bringing my package. A note was left once on the first floor they never came back. I'm 9 months pregnant and refuse to make that 2 hour line once again to hear the same bs that my package is not there!
