  From our first consultation, David Bliven was professional and straightforward as to expectations and strategies. I greatly appreciated the courteous and compassionate manner in which Mr. Bliven and his assistant treated me whenever I called or visited his office.

  I had posted a somewhat complicated case on a legal forum involving a situation where my ex-wife and I had shared custody of our two children. Although she tried, my ex was unable to get sole custodial rights to our children. I made it clear that I would maintain our original agreement which called for neither of us to pay the other support while we split custody time and expenses evenly. My ex decided she wanted support money. When I met Mr. Bliven, he scanned through all my pertinent documents with uncanny focus. In one meeting and some back and forth, he was able to formulate a strategy that ultimately worked out in my favor. Mr. Bliven's background in the family court system and his no-nonsense courtroom demeanor, gives him (and his client) a tremendous advantage.
